What is Identity verification at Arbonum

To use all the features of your personal Arbonum account (cabinet), you need to confirm the data and go through an easy identity verification procedure.

 - Select the Settings section, the Verification subsection in your personal account;
 - Click the Verify button. You will be automatically translated to the required link;
 - To continue, you need to agree to the terms of the site;
 - Select the country that provided you with the identity document and its type;

Next, you need to load the selected type of identity. You can download it from your computer if you are checking from this type of device and have the necessary photo of the certification document on it. Or press the Continue button on your phone and choose a convenient way to navigate:

- Copy link to mobile browser
- Open the cell phone camera and scan the QR code;

1. If you initially go through verification from a mobile device, click the Upload document button;
2. Take a selfie following the instructions shown;
3. The system will start checking your data. Wait for the verification status to change before Verification passed;

If verification has been going on for more than 15 minutes, refresh the page and wait for the required status.
